In September 2023, we brought together the Renewco Power team in Windsor, near London, to welcome new team members, reflect on progress made to date and discuss our exciting projects and plans for 2024. We are proud to have grown the Renewco team to 36 people and have welcomed 15 new joiners over the last 12 months who have all significantly added to our capability and global reach.
Our meeting in Winsor involved a diverse mix of nationalities, creating a fun and entertaining session as we explore cultural differences and how best to work together. We also had a memorable evening out on a boat trip on the famous River Thames!
Over the last year, we have continued to evolve how Renewco operates with many of the new hires strengthening our local development teams. Our belief is that strong local teams are key to develop successful projects and we have worked hard to build four highly skilled development teams in the UK, US, Spain and Italy.
In addition to the growth in headcount, the business has seen plenty of changes in the past 12 months. Due to our sustained growth, we now have offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh, London, Madrid and Richmond, Virginia, enabling greater collaboration across the now global Renewco team. The five new offices combined with Renewco’s flexible working patterns, help us fulfil our ambition of creating a culturally diverse and supportive environment when working for Renewco.
