Collaborating with us

Renewco is committed to developing high-quality, low-cost utility-scale renewable development assets.

At the heart of all successful renewable projects is a development which ensures an appropriate return for landowners, benefits  local communities and contributes to net zero targets. We can only bring these developments to fruition by developing meaningful partnerships with landowners, the wider community, energy off-takers, suppliers and other commercial parties.

LAND OWNERS

Renewco works with landowners in a variety of commercial relationships that can offer long-term rental income from renewable project developments.

In rural settings, our renewable energy developments are perfectly placed for dual use, such as grazing sheep or increasing biodiversity, providing a cost-free solution for landowners.

Through environmental impact assessments and best practice land management, our renewable developments can be designed to enhance habitats and boost biodiversity.

COMMUNITIES

We believe communities need to be at the heart of all successful renewable energy projects. Renewco actively consults with local communities and wider stakeholders to ensure their renewable energy developments can fit within and contribute to local communities. In the UK, Renewco has developed an online platform which enables communities to apply for funding for local projects that will deliver direct economic, environmental, social and educational benefits.

Project development/Developers

We have a proven track record of working in partnership with other developers to progress renewable energy projects. We have experience of acquisition of early-stage projects, co-development, development services agreements and other commercial arrangements. We are open to exploring these types of commercial arrangements in our core markets – please get in touch to discuss any opportunities with our team.
